Best Preventive Maintenance in Charlotte NC

Had an emergency call with clogged kitchen sink, tried all proven and true baking soda/ vinegar/ boiling water NOTHING. Tech 4529, Alex responded within 45 minutes! He was truly a professional in his expertise skills. He knew exactly what to do, did not waste time, cleaned up after service, was kind and friendly! Would definitely call again and recommend (ESP Alex) for any plumbing repairs.

I had a slow draining septic line out to the road. After inspecting the line Stan found that the leak was actually at the road. He called the city and said it was an emergency. they camE out and asked him too PROVE where the back up was. So he removed the toilet for the second time and fished the camera down the line with the radio signal. He proved to them At was not in MY line, but in the road. He waited there for them and then had them agree to fix the problem as well as install a clean out. Stan went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. He spoke to the city one my behalf and knew what he was doing. Hats off to STAN AND ROTO ROUTER!!
