Austin was very pleasant, personable, and professional. He checked the heating system(gas) which was a big concern for me. He was patient and explained to me what he did and what I should be looking for. I really appreciate it seeing that it is all new to me because I lost my husband unexpectedly to covid 10 months ago. Brandon was by today to install a HWH shut-off switch following installation of a new HWH on Friday by some of his coworkers. He has been here multiple times in the past so having him in my house is like welcoming an old friend every time I see him.
