We call our local Charlotte NC RotoRooter to come and do a backflow inspection. Gavin Candish came right out after he finished the next job. Gavin was very professional and performed the work quickly. Great Job.

The specialist refused to acknowledge the issues we were having prior to Roto-Rooter being called. He claimed that the water heater was overheating and tripping the safety switch. I have done manual resets a couple of times and knew what he was referring to. However, he turned the thermostat down (which is also something I, as the homeowner, am capable of doing) and reset the power and charged us $312. When we addressed the concern of the water heater still not able to maintain hot water for more than 10 minutes, he continued to repeat that the water heater was overheating. Again, the specialist didn’t acknowledge the concerns we gave him, and then charged us $312 to do something he could have just mentioned to me. Oh, and our water heater is still not maintaining heat. This was indeed a waste of money and I regret paying.

Called Chris Samarco for emergency sewer stoppages four times now. His response is always super fast and is prompt. Keeps his appointments! Always keep a jovial professional attitude. He has great expertise and knowledge and has all the professional ability and tooling to unstop your drain and locate the issues causing the problem.
