Brett got back to me same day on Sunday and scheduled Johnny to come fix two of my toilets in my new house, he came over and knocked out the work in a couple of hours! Very professional, wore a mask and took my health and safety into account, and would happily refer their business.

I set up an appointment with the plumber last weekend and he made it on time. Thanks so much for coming out to my house and replacing some old pipes.

I want to give a shout out to Adam, from Morris Jenkins- he installed our new toilet. Our bathroom has a weird set up and Adam was able to install with no problem. He was very professional and explained exactly what needed to be done. He let us know he’d be a few minutes early, which was great!

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.
