Our electricity went out at 8:00 pm and our Home Warranty recommended calling Toliny. He was here within 10 minutes to diagnose the issue. We’ve never had such quick and efficient service. He worked directly with the Home Warranty to make sure we got as good of a deal as possible. We appreciated his hard work and honesty so much. We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. Prices are very reasonable. We are very happy with With The Flow.

This is the third time I have used this company for different/unique leak issues. Each time including this one the technician has been polite, professional and knowledgeable. Identified the problem quickly and fixed it. Cost seems very reasonable. Good explanations and education was provided as well. I fully intend to continue calling them when I have plumbing issues.

While we did not hire this contractor, the only reason we did not was because The issue had to do with our irrigation system rather than our plumbing. Tom was extremely professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem, did not charge us for the estimate l, And was very helpful and friendly.
