Our technician David is very good at what he does. very experienced, professional, and efficient. The only problem is the cost of the work. $625 to replace a shower faucet that would not have taken 2 hours to complete. $312/hour? And I would still have been left with the need for a tile repair. I have had BFP a few times this year and the work is solid, but the rates should include some KY.

These guys were great. When our water heater broke, they came out same day and repaired the unit. They even squeezed us in earlier than expected thanks to a cancelation. I had a leak from a kitchen sink pipe, 2 clogged bathroom sinks, and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. In less than 1.5 hours, he had all things repaired and working better than ever. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them from now on when I need plumbing services.

Our water heater was leaking. They came out and replaced the traditional tank with a new tankless heater and had the job done and cleaned up within 24 hours.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain.
