Best Home Repipe in Charlotte NC

I have used Charlotte Plumbing Masters for 3 different jobs now and haven't had any problems with their work. The prices are good as I've had comparisons in the past, but I go straight to them now if I need a plumber. Quick response and excellent communication is hard to come by and Charlotte Plumbing Masters delivers on both! Would recommend to friends and neighbors.

ER was wonderful! They sent someone out the same day. My 25 year old water heater finally gave out and I had a new one installed quickly. Nicholas was kind and professional! I will happily call ER again!

They always come throug. The technician came out the same day we called and fixed the problem for free (under the warranty). Tony is an expert in his field who is also personable and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with them. A+

The company came out to my house today. My oldest son (18 yrs) open door said hello. They guys stated they had to look around the house first. My son came to get me. I came up and they were gone but left a note in the door “sorry we missed you”. I called they said they knocked and no one came to the door and they wasn’t sure he was old enough for them to come in. Why didn’t they call to make sure someone was here over 18 yrs old. They call back to say what happen. Smh. Worst experience ever and very unacceptable.

I used Southend plumbing for the first time and was very impressed with them especially with the technician who came to my house Jerard thank you ( I hope I didn’t get his name wrong)
