Best Grease Trap Installation in Charlotte NC

Rhett was very professional and had our toilet and sink faucet installed with no complicaitons. He had everything he needed on the truck including an extra long supply line for the toilet because one provided by Lowes was not long enough. We will probably use the service again for other things given our experience.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

The plumber was personable and professional. He did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why. I am sure we will be calling the Plumbing Connection again.

This guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. He cursed my wife out for no apparent reason. I don't know if he was drunk when he answered the phone but he sounded like he may have been intoxicated. Maybe he was just having a bad day but his attitude is totally unacceptable. I would recommend staying away from this guy. He seems like a real hot head.
