A flooded bathroom on a Sunday when the temperatures are below freezing and all plumbing companies are super-busy with frozen pipes is NOT fun to deal with. After calling around we finally got Roto-Rooter Plumbing to commit to the same day -- we got a call when the plumber was running late, and a call with a time correction -- and this time the plumber arrived as expected.Stan from Roto-Rooter Plumbing was very quick to diagnose the issue and reassure that it can be fixed. He was able to explain everything that needed to be done, answer any questions and overall show the degree of professionalism I haven't seen in a long time. I have to admit, it is always fun to watch some who who knows what they are doing.We're very happy with the service we received.

Guys we're excellent However thought price of and parts and labor too high

I have a 60 year old house with a clogged tub drain. I had a whole story typed out of how well it went, but to be honest, you just need to call these guys. They solved the problem, didn’t try and up-sell me on anything. Left the bathroom cleaner than what it was when they got here. Pricing I thought was extremely fair. Thanks so much for the quick and super friendly service!

In my experience with my business and home these guys are always timely, polite and honest. They also do great work. I would recommend them for any job.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

I first heard about Plumbing Connection on the Neighborhood Webpage and all of the comments were extremely positive. I used them several months ago for a plumbing leak and was satisfied. Today I had them come out because my garbage disposal was not working. Also, water was coming out from my dishwasher onto the floor. The dishwasher had not been working for a long time. Another plumbing company came out about a year ago and said I would be better off replacing it. I just kept putting it off. Today Chip and Aaron came out and went right to work. 30 minutes later, my garbage disposal was working and so was my dishwasher. To say that I am happy with the service I received is an understatement!!!! Besides getting everything working very quickly, they sent a text they were on the way and were very punctual with the time I was initially given. As far as I'm concerned, they are the ONLY plumbing company in Gastonia I will ever use. Thank you Chip and Aaron for a job well done!!!!!!!
