I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service/support from QCP. We had an issue with our water heater not providing hot water to the house a few days ago and they were able to send someone to repair it the same day. Working with Judd to coordinate was the best part of the experience - his communication was impeccable and his friendly attitude was a breath of fresh air in today's customer service environment.If you need any help with plumbing in the Charlotte area - I would highly recommend using this local outfit!

I had a visit a few days ago after having a clogged drain needing an auger. Roto-Rooter arrived and got it unclogged and I was able to continue to use the sinks and showers in the house. The visit was not cheap, but worth their 6 month guarantee. A few days later same issue and folks came by and inspected kitchen sink as well as garage where it was overflowing. It's been unclogged and drained and I'm glad they have a service guarantee.
