Austin was very pleasant, personable, and professional. He checked the heating system(gas) which was a big concern for me. He was patient and explained to me what he did and what I should be looking for. I really appreciate it seeing that it is all new to me because I lost my husband unexpectedly to covid 10 months ago. I contacted South End plumbing the day after Christmas due to having a busted pipe and no hot water. Christopher arrived, assessed the situation, and repaired our broken pipe within 2 hours. Christopher was super professional and even explained the situation in detail. I highly recommend using these guys!

Also, I should mention that they installed our new tankless hot water this year as well and did a great job.
