Best Drain Cover in Charlotte NC

Had gutter down spouts that were totally clogged beyond any imagination. They ran into under ground drains. William quoted the job and assured me all would work well. They went above and beyond and we discovered many broken lines etc. What could be fixed was fixed. I was very pleased with the communication, work , ethics of the company. Would recommend and use again.

Dependable, courteous, neat, excellent job. Chris and Lazlo installed new hot water heater in attic and 2 new toilets. Very professional. Conscientious about protecting floors from damage. This company has supervisors to check on customer satisfaction during and after work is completed. They have reasonable prices and offer plumbing, electric and HVAC. Nice to know we have a one stop shop for our home needs.

They came within 2 hrs for emergency drain cleaning . Quickly isolated the issue and repaired very promptly. Absolutely stellar performance!!! Very personable worker. Highly recommend.!

This company is well-managed and have an immediate response when you call. I looked online to find someone and I thought I had scheduled the appointment with American Leak Detection. But when no one showed and I called he said, no I wasn't on his schedule and he's the one that makes the appointments. My appointment was done by a lady at the other leak detection company & they never came for that appointment.

I would highly recommend American Leak Detection if you need someone to give you immediate response. He was so nice to me even though I called complaining.
