John B was great, he was prompt (even on a Sunday evening!), very thorough, friendly, explained the issues/ problems well, fixed everything and then some! I would definitely recommend John B and Rapid-Rooter Plumbing Service again.

Roto Rooter (and Adonis in particular) was great- I called in the morning, they were out same day afternoon.
