Having kitchen construction done, and needed the garbage disposal and piping removed from the sink same day.... T.J Kiker was my technician, and he responded quickly and professionally. *UPDATE-- Had TJ return after the kitchen construction was finished-- Not only did he hook the sink and garbage disposal back up, but helped us troubleshoot a leak, updated all three toilets with new flapper and handles (upon our request) and was able to also provide information regarding a company that could help us clean up the water damage from the leak. TJ was very helpful, friendly, on time, and very professional. We are very satisfied!

I had a leaky pipe and was contacting several plumbers to get estimates and timing. When I spoke with Brian, I told him I had another company coming out later that day so I didn't want to waste his time but wanted to get an idea of what the costs would be. He quoted the costs over the phone but also offered to stop by after the job he was on to take a look at it even though he knew I had a company coming to find the leak for free. When I met him, I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The other company called to say they were on their way so Brian left. As soon as the other company showed up, I knew their advertisement had been a scam so I sent them away and called Brian to see if he was still available. He was and came back and did the job. I was impressed with how well he protected my property while doing his job. When done, there were no cost surprises. Everything was done as originally quoted and he cleaned everything up after his work. I was pleased with his service.

Very rude. Called the number from the website, some lady answered saying owner is not at the office and will call back. Called again next day from recent calls on my phone and Ron answered and kept repeating there's no any lady who could answer his phone and I don't know who you were calling but you did not call me.
Unprofessional. Were not able to help. Would be great at least being nice to people.
