The dispatched called to let me know the technician was on his way which really helped me work the appointment into my schedule. Jeff, the technician, was polite and efficient. This is the second time I've used Roto Rooter and would definitely use the them again. The only downside is that they are slightly more expensive than using independent contractors.

Always there when you need them.From the moment they answer your call to the end of the job. They handle things with care, efficiently and expediency. Fair, trustworthy, knowledgeable , kind are just a few ways to describe this company.We have used them numerous times on different plumbing issues.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.
