BoBo with Morris Jenkins was outstanding. He was very friendly & professional.as well as quick & efficient. He took pictures and throughly explained the issue even explaining problems I was unaware of. Even though he came for a clogged sink he looked at the plumbing, pipes and water heater and advised me on everything. He explained the impact that pipes that are not up to date can have on your health.

The company came out to my house today. My oldest son (18 yrs) open door said hello. They guys stated they had to look around the house first. My son came to get me. I came up and they were gone but left a note in the door “sorry we missed you”. I called they said they knocked and no one came to the door and they wasn’t sure he was old enough for them to come in. Why didn’t they call to make sure someone was here over 18 yrs old. They call back to say what happen. Smh. Worst experience ever and very unacceptable.
