We noticed that our water heater was leaking on Sunday. We called after hours and a nice gentleman Mike came out. He advised us that we would need a new water heater. He was very professional he made sure that he gave us every option that was available. He even called and made sure that they could come and install a new one first thing Monday morning. Monday morning Russ Sr and Russ Jr came out. They were both very professional and made fast work of getting our new water heater installed. They made sure that we did not go without water for very long while they installed everything. Andy came out on Thursday of this week and inspected to make sure everything was working as it should be. Andy was also professional about his visit. this is the second time we've had to use Benjamin Franklin to the water heater and I would recommend them to anyone.
