I had the main water valve go bad!! It had a high pitched whistle every time we turned on the water!! We called a local big name plumbing co, and they told us we had to replace our water heater for up to $5000!!! I called Presidential Plumbing and Gary responded in 1 hour and correctly diagnosed our problem as the water valve and fixed it in 20 minutes for $325!!!!! Great job!!!

We discovered our water heater had sprung a really bad leak at 3pm today. It is now 7:20pm and Chris just finished up installing a new one for us. That is incredible customer service people! He came out quickly and kept us up to date on the status from the initial diagnostic visit to being able to find the last water heater in stock in the Charlotte area (that would fit in our crawl space). He secured the parts and came back tonight, after hours, to install it so my kids can jump in the shower. It is so wonderful to find contractors like Fat Man. He has earned a customer for life!!
