We had a backed up washing machine drain. I called at 3:30 pm and scheduled an appointment for 5:30 the same day. Eli arrived on time and was courteous and professional. Given that he had to crawl around in the dark with the spiders under my porch to fix our problem, I’d say he went above and beyond the call of duty! Eli did a great job, and we’ll have clean laundry for Christmas!

Me and my property manager called separately to ask them to come out to our property to diagnose a compressor issue with one of our heat pumps. We were both quoted different prices over the phone - $95 and $130. Then two months after they came out they sent us a bill for $196. We called multiple times to multiple people. I left voicemails, sent emails to their service manager - Bobby, but was unable to get anyone on the phone to help or even discuss the issue. Poor customer service and much more expensive than others.

We truly appreciated the special effort installers, Austin and David, provided. They made sure the job was completed even when the day got late. Their dedication to doing the job right was commendable. Both Austin and David were professional and friendly. Kirk was also very patient and followed through even after months of me not making a decision. I appreciate Kirk providing a value priced product. We definitely recommend Accent!
