Very pleased with quick response and fast service we received. TJ located and fixed a rusted pipe under our kitchen sink. He also gave us a price to come back to replace more of the rusted galvanized pipe that runs up the wall that has to be torn out. Also as a courtesy he adjusted the floats in 2 toilets that wouldn’t shut off after tank was filled. Repair was a little pricey, but what plumbing problem isn’t ? We won’t hesitate to call them back!

We had a great couple experiences with Brian as he helped with setting a new tub and then with a conversion to a tankless water heater. Brian is very responsive, organized and helpful. We’ve referred him to our family and friends and will certainly call him for our next plumbing need.

We used Kyle Jackson from Roby Electric to install a chandelier that was not an easy task.We are a design firm in town and called on several electricians who turned the job down due to the difficultly of hanging this particular chandelier. From beginning to end Kyle was professional, calm and dedicated to the task at hand. The chandelier he installed was an oversized two- tiered LED light fixture being attached to a lift system with a 30' high ceiling and he was able to manage alone without help which suprised us all! We could not be more thankful for him and his dedication to completing a job well done. We will certainly hire him again for other jobs and highly recommend him. Swell Decor

Not impressed

Customer service is a failure. They gave me an appointment one week and I told them it was not a convenient time. They rescheduled a week later (no problem - not an emergency). I was told my window was 8-12 am. Called the day before the appt to say my window was 4-6pm - I couldn't be there. They insisted they never gave me a different time; the person who said this was the same one who made the 8-12am appt. bc I recognized her voice.
