Best Plumbing Sewer in Charlotte NC

Called last night about 5:30 PM and left a message expecting a call back today. Jim called back within minutes and scheduled Chip for 9 this morning. He arrived promptly, evaluated the issue and texted an estimate within minutes.
After discussing the estimate ( that was several hundred dollars LESS than a competitor) I called Jim to schedule the job that he did for TODAY!
They are competent, professional, pleasant and easy to work with
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I called these folks to trouble shoot a problem with the outside sewer line which was clogged. They were prompt, and knowledgeable, came up with a reasonable solution, and were not expensive compared to the National plumbing chains. They could have suggested something with a much higher price tag but they were more interested in solving the issue at the least expense to me rather than upselling me on an expensive service that I might need down the road, but didn’t need right now. I highly recommend this company.

David and Josh did an outstanding job on our repairs today. They were prompt, competent, and honest. Their integrity shown through when providing us clear options to repair vs. replace. Will definitely continue using David and/or Josh at FATman Plumbing.

My appointment to install an over-the-range microwave was originally scheduled for Oct 2nd, but the microwave didn’t arrive on time. They were really patient with me and became instantly available for installation on Oct 7th. Chris came immediately after another service and installed the microwave without any issues. Highly recommend this company!

Absolutely awesome! They are quick to get to the site, professional and kind. Called a different plumbing service before this one and the receptionist sounded burdened from a phone call. Here, they were making sure they could help as much as possible and got you to the right people in a very timely manner. Would recommend!

We called John at Payless Plumbers Matthews for an emergency repair & had a good experience. I broke a garden hose faucet clean off the side of our house, leaving a broken pipe in the wall, late in the evening. John answered my call close to 8 PM, established that we'd turned off the main water, and offered to come first thing in the morning. He and his coworker were timely, polite, and quickly repaired the problem. They mounted a new faucet far more securely than the old one. I was extra pleased with how tidy their repair looked. John made sure the faucet was perfectly straight, the sealant was super tidy and almost invisible, and the siding was repaired as neatly as possible, even though it was just a garden spigot behind a bush. I found it quite professional. And the price was fine. I would hire again.

Hired Dean to perform some indoor renovation work. Agreed on payment of 50% to start the work and the remaining after completion. However just at the beginning of the project (not even finished the demolishing work), Dean requested full amount to be paid to proceed the work. After I insisted that the remaining 50% to be paid after completion just as initial agreement signed, Dean pulled plug of the work. The amount of the work he completed doesnt even worth 10% of the project total cost. Pretty much lost my 50% of initial deposit. Be careful of this company.
