Best Water Main Repair in Charlotte NC

Outstanding customer service and great care for their customers! We had a serious clog affecting our upstairs plumbing and Will and Christine worked so hard to get to us quickly, resolve our issue and stayed in constant contact with us! They treated us fairly and their prices were reasonable! We are thrilled with their service and the results! Great service after hours. Repaired a water mainline break to the house from the meter in less than 2 hours from the late evening call. Very polite and professional. Answered the phone in person to arrange the service. All the other guys would not answer or said they could not come out until the next afternoon. These guys are the real deal for 24/7 service.

One of the first guages i have is how a customer responds to a request for service. One phone call to them. Said they would be there that afternoon or next morning. No show, not even a call. Got a phone call three days later at 8pm. Are you interested in plumbing service? i said yes and told them i called three days ago. someone will call you within a half an hour. No phone call. Called them the next morning to check on status. Someone will call you right back. No call by the end of the day. If someone doesnt have the courtesy to follow up or lie about a follow up phone call, i doubt there actual service is any good. Let alone if you have an issue with their work that they would respond. Poor managment and customer service.
