I had the main water valve go bad!! It had a high pitched whistle every time we turned on the water!! We called a local big name plumbing co, and they told us we had to replace our water heater for up to $5000!!! I called Presidential Plumbing and Gary responded in 1 hour and correctly diagnosed our problem as the water valve and fixed it in 20 minutes for $325!!!!! Great job!!!

Our toilet was backing up and busted the wax ring and had some leaking on the floor. They quickly diagnosed the issue was a clog in our sewer pipe and were able to clean it out.

I couldn’t have been more happy with our experience…we had a blocked pipe and caused water to flow back into the home the night before Thanksgiving…they came out first thing Thanksgiving day and addressed the issue. Price was more than fair considering the timing. Very professional, personable, and discussed the next steps we will need to take to permanently resolve the issue. We hired Fatman Plumbing to replace five toilets and install a new vanity and three new faucets. The gentlemen that worked on our home were courteous, quick, and very careful to leave clean areas when they were done. Their pricing was fair and the quote was spot-on accuate even though they ran into a couple of issues with two of the toilets.

I will absolutely use Fatman again in the future for any plumbing needs!

We called John at Payless Plumbers Matthews for an emergency repair & had a good experience. I broke a garden hose faucet clean off the side of our house, leaving a broken pipe in the wall, late in the evening. John answered my call close to 8 PM, established that we'd turned off the main water, and offered to come first thing in the morning. He and his coworker were timely, polite, and quickly repaired the problem. They mounted a new faucet far more securely than the old one. I was extra pleased with how tidy their repair looked. John made sure the faucet was perfectly straight, the sealant was super tidy and almost invisible, and the siding was repaired as neatly as possible, even though it was just a garden spigot behind a bush. I found it quite professional. And the price was fine. I would hire again.
