Lawrence went above and beyond to make sure my hallway light fixture was installed properly. When arriving to my house, he informed me that my ceiling was too high for his ladder and that it would call for a ladder that would could me an additional $200. Knowing that, Lawrence explored every option he could to avoid having me pay an additional $200. Finally, he decided to use the ladder that he had brought with him to perform the duty. Lawrence performed all kinds of troubleshooting when there were obstacles in getting the light fixture installed properly . He was determined to make sure the light fixture was installed properly and to my satisfaction. The icing on the cake is that I found out that he is originally from Freeport Long Island NY which is my hometown. I would like for Lawrence to install my future light fixtures due to his professionalism, his thoroughness and overall willingness to go above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Never thought I could be so excited about a plumbing job! But an old sewer line was in bad shape and Jim Bridges and John Watts came to my rescue. Without having to dig up our yard and basement, they lined the pipe to perfection. They are consummate pros who really know what they are doing. They keep a very clean job site and stick with it until the job is done. Very honest, too, and they let you know exactly what work is being done. Highly recommend them! And no, we are not related :)

These guys were great! Very thorough and honest; they actually talked me out of some additional work I was ready to have them do because they said it wouldn't be worth it. I added them to my contact list for future plumbing needs.

We hired Fatman Plumbing to replace five toilets and install a new vanity and three new faucets. The gentlemen that worked on our home were courteous, quick, and very careful to leave clean areas when they were done. Their pricing was fair and the quote was spot-on accuate even though they ran into a couple of issues with two of the toilets.

I will absolutely use Fatman again in the future for any plumbing needs!

I have used Helms plumbing on several occasions and don't usually write reviews but this last time the gentleman was so quick to help me with my clogged drain. He was so nice and professional that I wanted to reach out and write a review for this company. I will continue calling this company if I have issues in the future.

Thomas Burgess has been amazing! I know him personally and since my dad got out of the hospital from covid, he has came by at least once a week on his day off or after work to make sure his oxygen machines and hook-ups are always clean and working correctly. Hes also repaired numerous things for my parents home like fixing their toilet, making the shower easier for my dad to use, and fixed the pump on their pool, etc. Hes always happy to help and there when our family needs him! We will always request him for any services!
