Best Residential Plumbing in Chandler AZ

We had a myriad of plumbing issues in June at my house and TE Plumbing was so great about solving all of them in a timely and professional manner. (Especially Junior...he was phenomenal.) I would highly recommend them to anyone for a job as small as fixing a faucet to installing a water softener.

Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

We had Alexander's Plumbing replace a garbage disposal. A plumber arrived a few days after calling and before starting the work, I asked how much it would cost. He didn't know but could find out. After calling his office, he was waiting for a return call that never came so I told him to go ahead with the work. Upon completion, he pointed out that the existing RO system would no longer fit in the cabinet as he replaced the 1/2 HP disposal with a wider 3/4 HP unit. This turns out to be my problem as the work is done and he has to get going. He left after spending about an hour and I still did no know the cost and now had to cut into a side wall of the cabinet and located the RO tank into an open space outside of the cabinet. This took several hours and permanently created a hole in the side wall. My problem. Then the invoice came and it was for 525.00. I found this excessive as I could buy the same disposal at Home Depot for 142.00, meaning the plumber could buy it for less. This computes to a labor charge of around 400.00/hour. Wow! And I had to spend hours fixing the problem he created. I then called the Owner who finally agreed to drop the total to 500.00. Now the plumber was 375.00/hour - still outrageous in my estimation. On the plus side, both the plumber and owner were nice guys and the installation itself was fine.

I'm very happy to do business with these plumbers. They came on time and unclogged our drains last week. The price was more than reasonable and they solved our problem in no time. Thanks.

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Great customer service

honest review here, and tips for any future customer of this business to not get rip off like i did. This service was done on DECEMBER 17, 2020 AT AROUND 7PM. My kitchen sink drain is clogged, so i went on google search for plumbing service and i found this company. Reviews and rating is quite high, so i thought that this gonna turn out good. So i made an appointment for a tech to come out to my house. When i called, the lady i spoke to said cost is $49 for service call, if there is any job to be done then service call get forward to that charge. So not too bad right? then the technician arrived, checked the kitchen sink and went and got his equipment for drain snaking. I asked the guy he said cost for service call is $99, because it is after hour (O.O OMG)and it was around 7pm. So i asked him how much for snaking he said $150. Wow!!...So the problem here is this company is dishonest with customer upfront. The lady who made the appointment didnt mention anything about after hour service even though she knew that the appointment was for 7pm. The lady said a different price and the technician come in and say a different price, and the service call charge never get forward to the charge of the job to be done. So what i got from this company is rip off price with dishonest service price to the customer. The reason why i said they are dishonest, because after the service at around 8pm i called them pretended to ask for how much does it cost for them to send a technician out now. The guy answered the call said $49 for service call, even though it is around 8pm. He knew it is 8pm and didnt say anything like the technician guy did. So thats their strategy, quote you a different price and let the technician come out and start ripping you off with different price. SO BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. all this didnt end there. So during the technician doing the snaking for the line, he said if this doesnt unclog the drain then they do have a hydro jetting service that will cost $1500 if do it tonight and $750 if next day or normal day. Here come the unexpected part, the technician did the snaking for the drain line and start running the water down. The water doesnt seen to drain quickly so he said this snaking is not working, explain how home drain line with the main city drain line blah blah. I saw this coming at the begining of the job, so i told him run the snaking again. He said that not going to do anything. i told him run it anyway, so he ran the snaking again for the second time. So you know the unexpected? the water drain quickly and good with no problem. So what happened here is the technician purposely wanted me to use the hydro jetting so he can charge me more even though it is not really needed. So be careful anyone that reading this review of mine.

We had a plumbing emergency late in the day & J. I. Plumbing was the only one who would help us. The other companies we called all needed days long advance notice. Jaime was at our home within the hour enabling us to get our water turned back on for the night. He came back the next morning & finished the job. Quality workmanship. Polite. Fair prices. Kept a clean workspace & even tolerated our nosey dog who wanted to supervise.
Highly recommended!

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

First let start off by saying I how impressed I was by the Craig, very very down to earth and professional. Super understanding about my concerns and needless to say put me ease right away with his thoughtfulness. The price was very fair , can't say enough about Craig. Lawson has a very valuable employee and I hope they appreciate him as much as I did. Thank you once again Craig!

Technician was awesome. He was professional and knowledgeable. He kept us up to date as to what was needed and the cost. Gave us options to make the best decision for us. He was quick with the installation and the work was quality. And my personal favorite, he didn’t leave a mess.

Terrible customer service, rude and sarcastic no apology for misinformation given, will be staying away from this company seem uninterested and unhelpful.
