Same day service. Plumber were very professional and fixed my issue within an hour of my phone call. I will be using this company for all of my future water heater maintenance and repairs.

Danny came and advised me of the problem. He was on time and very professional.

Our warranty service sent them to clear a clogged drain. The guy showed up in what appeared to be a personal vehicle with no equipment. He looked at the clog and took pictures. Without even trying to clear anything he said they would need to run a camera through the system to find the clog. He then said they would need to cut a hole in the wall to do that. It would cost $215.

We called and had a different company come out and they cleared the clog with an auger. This company is a sham. Don't use them.

We had an ongoing issue with a toilet that Lawson Family Plumbing installed. We had to contact them on multiple occasions to come and try to figure out what was going on with the toilet. Each and every time they were very professional and super customer friendly. They never made us feel like we were being a nuisance...on the contrary...they were always positive and quickly responsive. In the end, it appeared the toilet had a defect and they made it right. The most recent person to come to the house was Sean and he was exceptional. Friendly, professional, and competent. We highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing.

We used WaterEx Plumbing to replace a outside shut off value and water spicket. Douglas Bennion did a fantastic job with a fair and reasonable price. When we need plumbing services again we'll call WaterEx. We highly recommend WaterEx Plumbing.

Joe took great care of my house. He cleared two stubborn clogs in a house I recently purchased. Both were cleared at the stated price of $64 per drain and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and they will be my plumbing company for all future plumbing needs.

We called Gold Star after our water main sprung a leak and flooded our yard. They were prompt and able to get us in quickly. We had some disagreements with the technician and ultimately we ended up going a different route, but I was very happy with how everything was handled and the staff was great all through out the process. They seem like a stand up company and I would recommend them for any big job.

Professional technician but price was outrageous.

They didn’t show up when scheduled. No calls from the business to explain what was going on after waiting 4 hours for the appointment and find out that supposedly the guy never showed up for work. They seem more concerned about the new sales then servicing existing customers.
