I called them today because I had a few questions and the owner was fairly rude. I would expect a lot more from an owner. I could not believe it. I will not be recommending them to anyone anymore.

Jose and Mitchell were wonderful, considerate humorous guys who we enjoyed having in our home to increase the density of our insulation. Precision has always been there for us and it is a pleasure to continue using the service!

Sam was punctual and very professional. He finished the job fairly quickly, but he took his time to show me some maintenance issues that were there, and how to prevent them in the future. He also made some very minor but important repairs to the water source from the wall under the sink. I would highly recommend his quality of work and service.

Our technician, Richard Tow, did an outstanding job servicing our AC. We were worried that we would not be able to get everything working in a timely manner, but Richard did a phenomenal job getting our AC back in order and quickly. Terrible service. I have multiple rentals that I manage, and I am a DYI guy myself when i have the time so I know a bit about working with contractors and what things should cost.

I needed a coolant line cut and moved a few feet down. This was an easy but urgent job, as my contractor found this while removing a bathtub during a remodel. At first, they quoted me over the phone $800-$1500 (price to drill hole not included). They then route me to a technician who never called me back. Instead he texts me and agrees to come take a look at the job on the following Monday. Then, I get a text on Saturday, (2 days before the technician was supposed to show up) saying he can't do it as he can't drill holes. I told him that I'd drill the hole, i just need the AC line cut and reattached. His response At this time I would not be able to. Just got a few jobs that will keep me busy.

What?! What kind of company is this? I would attach the screenshot of the conversation as you can read that he clearly did not care, but it keeps getting flagged by the upload system. In the end, I got another company to do it for 900. They were excellent and showed up when they said they would. Imagine that!

I have used King Plumbing a few times. They are fabulous! Always courteous, clean cut and knowledgeable. They are honest and will go above and beyond to get the job done. I will and have recommended them to numerous friends.

Mateo was early to the job. He was very personable, professional, and informative. He took the time to check the system/duct work to determine why the problem was occurring and took the steps to correct it. He explained how the system worked and what he was doing to correct it. He did try to take my El Pato hot sauce (just kidding), but thats understandable. Thank you for the assistance.
