Best Ac in Chandler AZ

I had an issue with a broken trap under my sink and a disconnected dishwasher hose. Called around to a few different places and they couldn't come to my apartment as quickly as I needed so finally found AZ Preferred Plumbing. I received a quote from them almost instantly and Tech was able to come on a Monday (issue happened on a Friday). He arrived on time, but the issue was bigger than he thought. Despite that, he had the part he needed in his truck and fixed everything all within an hour at a very reasonable price. He also cleaned up and was very respectful (which is important to me as I'm a woman who lives alone). It was the best repair experience I have ever had. Would use them again and recommend them, no question!

I was having issues with my A/C unit; called second opinion plumbing and they sent out Austin right away. He was very professional and courteous; he was able to get my A/C unit up and running in no time. I would recommend them for all services on my home.

My kichen flooded and I called 24hr Flood Pros and was assisted right away. They sent out Anthony, his
professionalism and attention to detail was amazing. He removed everything that was damaged from the flooding and cleaned everything really well and super fast. He finished in just a couple of hours and had everything drying
and prepared for remodel before he left. Loved this company, highly recommend.

Levi and the entire staff killed it for us as always. My husband and I bought an old home that had major plumbing issues, and we wanted to upgrade the old home with modern plumbing. We've always used Frederick and Sons for all of our plumbing needs, but this was a big job and they were honest, concise, and efficient and before we knew it our home was safe and humming like a new build! Levi and the staff are top notch!

I am glad I am not the only one that's had a bad experience with American Leak Detection. Just take look at their reviews. HORRIBLE..
It's hard to imagine that they have been at my house 16 times and I still have a leak in my pool and spa. We started this back in Oct and it's now April. They had to come out 10 times to determine where a leak was in my spa. Each time they found a leak. Which tells me they don't do a thorough job and check your spa and pool the FIRST time. It also tells me they don't check everything. They find a leak and stop there..After 4 spa repairs and 1 pool repair both are still leaking. The last technician asked if I can run 3 bucket tests and call the office back to schedule him to come back out. The owner, Keith, calls me and says he needs to charge me to dispatch a tech. Are you serious? He tells me he's lost money on my job. I told him how is this my problem. It should take 16 visits and 4 different techs to determine where a leak is coming from. He was actually blaming me for something I paid for that wasn't fixed the first time.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Techs are incompetent and the owner, Keith, doesn't reason with customer's.
