Don S was prompt. He thoroughly explained the work he would do. He finished his work when he said he would. He cleaned his work area and explained the warranty and the importance of the WHO sticker. He answered my questions about homeowner maintenance tasks. He is professional, skillful and experienced. Great job.

I would definitely recommend this company!!!! Everything was excellent. The girl answering the phone (I forgot her name unfortunately) was super nice and professional. And the service tech Andy was great and quick to arrive! He did great diagnostic work and ultimately it was a bad capacitor. The best part of this company is they came in just a couple hours AND it was the Fourth of July. I’m so so grateful they came out on a holiday and got my AC running. So grateful and will definitely use this company again

Need to repair your sewer lines but don't want your entire yard dug up? Highly recommend Zippity Split for any and all sewer issues!! Had the sewer lines hydro-jetted after a backup due to root intrusions. Still had root evidence 2 months afterwards. After contacting 6 different plumbing/sewer companies, Zippity Split was the ONLY company that provided No Dig sewer line repair. We reside in an HOA community and it was important that the front common area where the sewer lines are located were disturbed as little as possible with the landscaping left as found. Mark, the owner, was super responsive and provided different solutions. We chose to have fiberglass lines installed from the access point to 3' past the city line to prevent any further intrusions. Zippity Split provides a 25-year warranty for this service. Ben and Jesus did an amazing job!!! They were professional, informative, polite, efficient, communicative, and hardworking,. They dug 4' deep (through construction trash, cement, and wiring left by builders 37-years ago) to locate the main issue, replaced the pipe, installed the liner, and returned the landscaping back to its original state. We had never heard of the no-dig sewer service prior to this but did witness the horrors a neighbor experienced with a full-dig replacement. So happy that we chose Zippity Split and had only a very minor dig involved. Thank you Mark, Ben, and Jesus from us, the HOA, and all of our neighbors!!!

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Second Opinion Plumbing will be the plumber I use now and going forward. This was the second time I have used them and Justin was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Justin was able to handle my plumbing needs with expertise and speed.
On the second visit I had a small issue with my toilet he came in, diagnosed and fixed it in a matter of minutes.

I recently underwent a bathroom remodel and hired a plumbing service to handle the plumbing work. The results are outstanding, and their expertise in selecting efficient fixtures was impressive.

I had them out to repair a toilet flange. Took 15 minutes and they charged me $200 for labor, though I had to calculate that myself because they didn't separate materials and labor on the bill. I thought they were charging me so much for labor because they were going to screw the new flange to the floor and there were no existing holes, but they didn't so now its just going to break again in a couple years

Kaylor was amazing! Our shower drain was leaking and he had someone over in less than an hour! Our shower is now better than ever. Thank you Kaylor!

Rich came out and assessed it. Besides being very personable and punctual Rich was efficient, professional and thoroughly cleaned up after my service call. This company did a great job assessing and evaluation our residential leak. They were at my house within a few days of calling. The problem was very difficult to resolve. They took the time to thoroughly assess and come up with the best solution, providing the least amount of damage and expense to our home. Special shout to our serviceman Zach who took time to talk with my kids and help them be comfortable while he was working.
