Anthony Yoder was the most professional, kind, and caring plumber I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I had an unexpected water leak that caused major kitchen demolitions. He stayed with me to support me during very difficult insurance issues on the phone. He went above and beyond just because he's that great. He worked on my behalf in so many ways.

We used this company for our shower plumbing and also to replace our very old water heater. We had Chris come out both times and he was extremely friendly and helpful and kind. He took the time to get to know us as well as educate us on what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what to expect in the future. Waterex Plumbing has been our goto for our plumbing needs. The first time we utilized them was to help with a slab leak. A repair that was going to cost literally $10,000 was solved by a fraction of the cost by using more modern piping solutions. Since then we've used them in kitchen remodels, replacing water heaters, toilets, and installing an outside sink. Everything has been professional and on time.

Dax ran a camera through the entirety of our kitchen sink line which continually backs up. He then cabled the line to break up debris and then we rechecked with the camera. He was professional, friendly and incredible transparent and fair with his pricing.

Disregarding the convenience of providing Saturday plumbing services (which isn't offered by many companies), upon being scheduled to have a plumber come to my home pretty much immediately on my availability (also rare), I was very surprised at how affordable the quote amount was to have a rusted out sink drain pipe replaced.

The company earned my complete trust as I watched the broken pipe cause my home's very aged (cast iron) main drain line to crack open and break off when trying to remove the sink drain pipe from it, only to have the plumbers tell me they would also repair the main line for the cost of parts. Because I have had numerous plumbing issues over the last 10yrs due to the age of my home, I have come to expect main line issues, and although it gives me peace of mind that I don't have to worry about this other main line issue in the future, it was honorable that the plumbers Didn't try to take advantage of the situation financially, and Never tried to make me feel like a hostage in the situation.

Beyond all of this, I must also commend the plumbers at the quality and completeness of rebuilding and replacing the stack of pipes with current day plumbing materials that will last longer than the home's original copper and cast iron plumbing. To top it all off, the plumbers were able to (unbelievably) complete the job Really quickly; Allowing me to keep my Saturday.

I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.
