What a phenomenal experience! We had Top Notch out on Friday after a plumbing backup. They were so responsive and came right now to check out the problem. Absolutely great experience and we will certainly be using them again!

Our water heater sprung a leak on a Friday night. I called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC at around 8Pm. They arranged for one installer to come out on Saturday. He efficiently removed our leaking water heater and installed a new one. All very professional!

A repair that was going to cost literally $10,000 was solved by a fraction of the cost by using more modern piping solutions. Since then we've used them in kitchen remodels, replacing water heaters, toilets, and installing an outside sink. Everything has been professional and on time.

We had a small water leak under our driveway. After contacting 4 plumbing companies with various estimates we decided on going with Norfleet because Nick was very prompt, good pricing and fair in his explanation of what needed to be done. This was going to be a very expensive repair, consisting of replacing all the copper line from the city main to our house.

Nick and crew made sure that the city marked off all gas, sewer, cable lines before starting the all day project and even came out on a rainy day to do the dig and repair.

They cleaned up everything nicely and didn't even damage any plants or anything.

We couldn't be happier with Norfleet and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.

They are fairly disorganized (technician shows up to inspect the pipes but does not have a sewage camera on his truck). After another visit, yet a third visit by someone else is required to snake the pipe. That takes days to schedule and is then rescheduled the day before. But in the end, they got the job done well and fairly cost effective. And most importantly, they are certainly not one of the plumbing companies who try to scam you with unnecessary repairs (I had my fair share of those).
