Leo & Roberto, They dynamic duo, did a great job again! We had a huge slab leak that flooded the basement, they quickly found the source, stopped the flooding and rerouted an entire line without causing a huge mess or cutting into multiple access points. They paid attention to detail and cleaned up the job thoroughly! Impressed as always from the the first call, such a wonderful local company!

Moved into a rental and found a huge plumbing issue. The tub overflow was never connected to drain. My son fabricated a plate to cover the hole. Landlord called a plumber from this company to confirm and then plumber put the same plate back on. Plumber then wrote a letter for landlord as if HE had fixed the problem leaving out the TRUTH about what transpired!!! Shady as it gets!

The drain in my bathroom sink was completely clogged. I poured so many different chemicals down the drain and nothing was working. Elite Rooter sent Isaac Solis to my rescue. He was on time, very polite, professionally, and knowledgeable. Isaac got the job done quickly. Now hopefully my girls won't put anything else down the drain.

I had Frederick and Sons out for an A/C unit repair that stopped working. They were able to repair the unit at a reasonable cost. I have used them multiple time for A/C repairs and plumbing repairs. They have always been fair and honest. They have also worked on my mom's home and were significantly less expensive than other competitors.

I have a two bedroom, two bath condo. I purchased it with two stand in showers and knew eventually I wanted to have a bathtub installed in one. Unprepared, unprofessional, and late! When you have plumbing issues, things can go very wrong and as a vendor you should always be up front and honest with the customer. That was not the case for my situation with shark plumbing. Arrived late, without all the needed supplies, will not allow property management to use again.

My water heater had signs of corrosion and stopped supplying hot water. My first call was greeted by Rich and he was very helpful with answering my questions. He walked me through the process of inspection for a quote and replacement. He was able to get someone out on Sunday. Rich and the plumber Nick called ahead prior to arriving for the inspection. The quote was reasonable and beat the price of the company's you see on TV. The replacement plumber Jake came out to replace the water heater, copper piping, flex pipe for the hot/cold supply and replace the gate valve with a ball valve for the shut off. Rich also followed up through text to make sure everything was ok. The old water heater could not drain because it was clogged, so Jake and Nick returned to remove it and properly drain it. The Rheem water heater is taller than the original but smaller in diameter. This allowed some extra space around the tank. The repair was done clean and the hot water was up and running better than before. I recommend American Plumbing and Rooter for all plumbing tasks. I will definitely call them again, because I would rather work on electrical projects.
