Best Water Line Replacement in Chandler AZ

TE arrived at my home within an hour and quickly made my repair. Very nice and professional. Much better than the last plumber I used. I would definitely recommend them and I will use TE plumbing in the future.

This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

We cannot recommend Zippity Split Plumbing enough! We had a leak that other companies could not locate and within the first visit they were able to locate it. From there they replaced all of the plumbing in our home at a great price and the entire crew was kind and very helpful! We just had them out for a backed up kitchen sink as well and again were able to locate and fix the issue quickly + for a great price. Highly highly recommend!

I called Hanson plumbing after my hot water heater was leaking everywhere in my garage, Zack came out and replaced it and also did 2 other small repairs, the manager Brian is really nice also, Zack was really professional and polite and super friendly, and was very knowledgeable on what he needed to and also the repair to my backyard faucet, I would highly recommend Hanson plumbing and have now found my plumber and HVAC specialist. Also there scheduling system is really nice

Great service. My service tech called in advance of his arrival and showed up exactly as he promised. He explained the solution to my plumbing problems in plain terms and not only informed me that the parts may be still under a manufacturer warranty, he helped me deal with the manufacturer to obtain those parts at no cost. That alone saved me several hundred dollars. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing problems.

I’m pretty sure all of these positive reviews about Cactus Valley plumbing are fake.. I hired Cactus Valley to install a tub and a few other things and it was a disaster. When they installed the bath tub the overflow drain was not assembled.  When the water was filled to the top of the tub it drained straight into the wall.  The worst part is the plumber knew it wasn’t assembled properly because he couldn’t get the overflow face plate to go on because the drain wasn’t aligned over the tub hole so he used WOOD SCREWS to screw the trim straight through the pipe!! (Pictures attached). We didn’t discover this until after we had tiled the entire bathroom, so in order to fix the issue with the drain we had to cut a hole in the exterior wall on the outside of the house so my new plumber could cut out the pipe and put a new drain in.  I spoke with Kaylor the owner of Cactus plumbing and I’ve never experienced an owner so indifferent to his customers and their experiences with his company. He offered no reconciliation, basically just said he would not pay for the damages or offer a refund. I asked about the giant hole in my siding and stucco and he said there was nothing he could do and hung up. Not sure if this is a dying business or the company is having financial struggles but avoid this company at all cost. I’ve never had a service company be so negligent and then make no effort to resolve the damages they caused. My wife and I are paying a lot of money out of pocket to fix the problems caused by Cactus Valley Plumbing.

I would give less than 1 star if I could!
I had my appointment for weeks and they canceled .I called back and the tec went home and is on vacation for all next week. And no one has his number. I have used this company a lot and they have put me in a terrible spot because the employee wanted to start his vacation early! Use another company you can count on.
