This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

I called regarding an issue with our water heater. Top Notch was able to come the same day I called. He was prompt, courteous and worked to quickly resolve our issue. The cost of repair was very reasonable. This is our third time using Top Notch (the other two were for renovations) and we certainly recommend them.

I have dealt with many, many plumbers with my 1957 house. No one has even come close to AZ Preferred Plumbing with respect to honesty, prices, care for what they do, etc. I am a single Mom and struggling and they have HELPED me out of 3 jams now with the most reasonable cost around. This stared as a DIY gone wrong. Logan arrived in a Sat night to cap the water in my diy bathroom Reno. This was after I flooded it twice!

He then can back to properly connect the water lines behind the wall. Then he came back AGAIN to finish the install when I finished the tile!

Can we say above and beyond?!?!? Yes we can!

I then decided that after new countertops he would install the kitchen sink. Thank GOODNESS I made that decision. Little did I know I needed an extended flange for the garbage disposal! New sink = longer drain hole. Lesson learned!!

I can't thank cure all enough for helping me with this DIY! And VERY REASONABLE! Even emergency visit was lower than most on a sat night!

We used these guys as a 2nd opinion after another plumber wanted to drill holes in our wall to fix our clogged toilet. The plumber Shane was very friendly and responsive, and was able to unclog our sewer system with no holes and let us know that we had a mild root intrusion (Our sewage system acts up ever 6-8 months) and that is likely why. Great Service!
