From the first moment I called their office I was impressed. Lady on the phone was friendly and professional with sense of humor. I requested someone to come check our AC. She gave me a reasonable time frame for them to arrive. Todd called before he came, gave me his arrival time and he showed up ON TIME. He quickly figured out the issue and had it up and running toot sweet. Totally enjoyed his visit and impressed with the level of knowledge. I highly recommend this company.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Had a leak I couldn't stop. Needed to finish an install on a kitchen faucet. They were prompt they did the work and they charged me $570 for 40 minutes of their time. I guess this is standard but it's still outrageous.

I contacted Plumbing Pros on Monday at 9am after the plumber I had scheduled notified me he couldn't be there that day. (My remodel project was on hold until I could get a plumber onsite.) Tony and Trevor arrived promptly and were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The work was done quickly and I am so appreciative of their services! We called Norfleet about a moaning hose bibb. He came out and fixed it. A week later, my wife turned on the water, and the faucet wouldn't turn off. When she gave it a little oomph, the handle broke! Called him back, and it was replaced, no problem. They warranty everything for two years. We're really happy with the responsiveness, and will absolutely call them for future plumbing needs.

In 2014 I bought an HVAC unit from Precision and had great service. I'm not sure what changed. Late April I noticed that my house wasn't cooling. We called Precision as the unit was under warranty. On May 9th we were told the coil had a hole and needed replaced (part was under warranty). In order to get process started they needed $1500 up front (half of what it would cost to replace part). They did not leave a receipt or detailed account of what was to be done. Our mistake for not asking. We received a phone call that it should be about 2-4 weeks and part would be in. For the next 2 months until just after July 4th we called every 2 weeks for follow-up. Each time it was we'll call our distributor and call you back with an update. We heard nothing. Finally, we opted to go with another company, who came out and charged the system (knowing it was a short term fix), offered a portable unit and have installed a new unit in less than 2 weeks. Precision provided no follow-up or options. When we called and said we were going another direction they didn't even ask why. Then we got our refund it was almost $300 less than we gave them. When we asked why, the answer was well we think it was for original services in May. But we had no receipt and they couldn't say sure. I don't usually write reviews, but to provide no follow-up, no options and no explanations during the process was frustrating. We had no A/C for over 2 months.

My backyard was flooding when the backflow to the pool blew out. My neighbor had a great experience with a plumber so I got his number from them. He was a knight in shining armor -- he came out that afternoon to control the problem and was back next morning to replace it. Excellent customer service and great quality of work. Highly recommend him!!
