$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

I was given a window of 10-1, and Logan got here right at 10! He connected the new sink in my laundry room and installed the faucet. His work was prompt, efficient, and well done. An added bonus-he and my dog became buddies!

Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!

The plumbing manager (forgot his name) and Mike the restoration manager we’re both amazing as well, they came out themselves on a Friday night to fix an issue that wasn’t even their fault. ASAP did a job for my niece. I’m a retired service/repair plumber in San Diego area. Gas WH installation looks good. They replaced it for access to replace 3 handle T/S. There is some missing tile grout behind the T/S valve hot escutcheon. That could of easily been repaired or at least caulked.
Overall the price they quoted seemed to be fair. Regarding various photos they have posted on their website I’m a bit leery on some of their repairs. Could just be difference in local code requirements. So I’ll just give them 3⭐️

These people dont deserve your business. I witnessed one of their drivers in a road rage incident. Very unprofessional.

Dont let the response fool you. The driver was obstructing the young man's view of traffic making it unsafe for him to pull out. The driver then began to yell at the young man claiming that he was the one in the wrong, but the young man who has witnessed a crash happen in the same spot for the same exact reason was not going to make the turn without affirming that the way was clear. The driver still refused to move which put the young man in danger as he pulled into traffic on a busy road without being able to see if cars were coming.
