I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Provided detailed information of our problem. Also liked that you could see online where he was and knew how far he was from getting to the house. This took a lot of the guessing game away. Highly recommend

ASAP did a job for my niece. I’m a retired service/repair plumber in San Diego area. Gas WH installation looks good. They replaced it for access to replace 3 handle T/S. There is some missing tile grout behind the T/S valve hot escutcheon. That could of easily been repaired or at least caulked.
Overall the price they quoted seemed to be fair. Regarding various photos they have posted on their website I’m a bit leery on some of their repairs. Could just be difference in local code requirements. So I’ll just give them 3⭐️

Gold star really cares about customer service . I had a not too stellar first visit that is now been corrected by a great one. Paul came and inspected our water heater due to pilot going off three times in a week. He did a couple of test to find if there’s any specific issues. I appreciate Gold star reaching out .

Called around noon and they were at my house that afternoon. I think the price is a little higher than some handyman/unlicensed guys but I was willing to pay a little more and have it done right this time. James didn't upsell me on unneeded work and they didn't mess up my brand new tiles. I have peace of mind that my bath fixtures are not leaking behind the wall. I learned the hard way that if you get someone cheap who claims they know what they're doing, you will end up having the work done over by a licensed professional. Save yourself the $$ and aggravation and call James who happens to be a master plumber.
