Best Tankless Gas Water Heaters in Chandler AZ

This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

I woke up to a wet bathroom floor due to a leak under the sink. Top Notch was able to come out same day (within just a few hours) and took care of the issue. The price was very fair and less expensive than I was expecting. This was the second time I've used Top Notch and I definitely recommend them!

It is rare these days to find a contractor that is honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Second opinion plumbing is all of those things. I can honestly say I am so happy I found them. The misting system is even better than I had hoped. I installed a system that has made my backyard like a resort. My family enjoys spending time back there even when the temperatures are over 100. And it looks GREAT!! I was concerned the appearance would be undesirable but boy was I wrong! It looks very modern and contemporary and actually adds to my home’s curb appeal. Extremely friendly and amazing customer service from Melissa to set up the job. Kaylor showed up in a mask and said it was for our protection. I really appreciated this simple but thoughtful gesture. He was honest, informative and knew exactly what the issue was and how he was going to attack it. No hidden costs, he was upfront about everything. Streamline has been nothing but great. I had an unexpected leak in my back yard. They were great with communication and worked with my work schedule. They even were able to get us in sooner due to how long we had our leak. When their employee Jason came out he was very professional, explained and showed me the work, and was very efficient. Great work at a good price. They figured out the bathroom faucet/ drain issues and repaired them with first class work. Had another plumber say that we needed to rip out the wall and fix the pipes for thousands of dollars. Nope, these guys replaced the cartridge and a few other things for $450. Good honest work. Do I need to say more?

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.
