I had a clogged laundry sink drain, which wouldn't snake due to vintage plumbing. Joe was able to cut out that old rusty pipe, and replace it. And it was great that he could do the repairs on the spot. My first time with Lawson, but I'll be back.

I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.

Oscar responded to the service request I filled out on their site within two hours of sending. Due to a change in my schedule, I called to see if it was possible to change our previous appointment and see a Medic in couple of hours. Oscar set that up.Austin unplugged the kitchen drain for $64.00, as advertised. I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) If you want a job done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and want a REASONABLE PRICE, and a timely response...don't wait like I did....CALL ROB NOW!

I was referred to Majesty Plumbing by a fellow Encanterra member as I had an emergency. It appeared that my water heater had a leak, thus spewing water out of (2) water outlets in front of my house (not to mention NO hot water)! I contacted Jeff and he was able to see me the very next day. Based on my explanation of the problem, it was determined that a new water heater was needed, which Jeff brought with him after providing the pertinent information to his associate for scheduling purposes. My wife & I were VERY HAPPY with Jeff's pleasant personality and explanation of the problem (i.e., customer satisfaction). We will not hesitate utilizing Majesty Plumbing's services in the future should the need arise.

Terrible customer service, rude and sarcastic no apology for misinformation given, will be staying away from this company seem uninterested and unhelpful.
