We recently had water heaters replaced at our rental as well as our primary residence and the experience was enjoyable. I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

I’ve used Alexanders plumbing three times and they always exceeded our expectations. We just bought our dream home and Alex installed a new pressure regulator, a whole house water filter and a water softener due to the high mineralization of the Phx water. Mineral deposits caused our Bedroom shower to only have hot water which I broke it trying to fix. Alex came to the rescue and saved us from a much higher repair bill. Thank You Alexander plumbing!

Very professional business. I have used their services three times now and most recently had them replace a toilet. They were quick, professional, tidy (took away the old toilet and the box the new one came in, cleaned up after completion of the job) and did the little extra things like caulking around the base of the toilet after installation. These reasons and for their courteous, professional manner I will recommend them to friends.

UPDATED*** I Have used them on four sperate occasions and each time they are professional, polite, qualified, fair priced and last but not least - tidy when done. They really are a good group of professional plumbers. The most recent job they did (replacing a busted pipe in my ceiling) was $60 less than what was quoted. So they could have hit me with a bigger bill but they showed their integrity.

Donald Fennig from Cure All Plumbing arrived on-time to fix my water main leak in my front yard. It had been leaking for a couple days and I was stressed thinking about the cost and how high my water bill was going to be. He checked everything out, explained everything so I understood and gave me the cost to fix and a 2nd estimate for recommended work. I chose to just repair the leak for now which was surprisingly less than I thought it would be and asked for him to send the additional repairs recommended for future consideration. He was here for less than 2 1/2 hours and after digging up the pipe, fixing it and cleaning up my yard, you'd never known he was here. I would definitely call them for any future issues I have.

Our warranty service sent them to clear a clogged drain. The guy showed up in what appeared to be a personal vehicle with no equipment. He looked at the clog and took pictures. Without even trying to clear anything he said they would need to run a camera through the system to find the clog. He then said they would need to cut a hole in the wall to do that. It would cost $215.

We called and had a different company come out and they cleared the clog with an auger. This company is a sham. Don't use them.

Need to repair your sewer lines but don't want your entire yard dug up? Highly recommend Zippity Split for any and all sewer issues!! Had the sewer lines hydro-jetted after a backup due to root intrusions. Still had root evidence 2 months afterwards. After contacting 6 different plumbing/sewer companies, Zippity Split was the ONLY company that provided No Dig sewer line repair. We reside in an HOA community and it was important that the front common area where the sewer lines are located were disturbed as little as possible with the landscaping left as found. Mark, the owner, was super responsive and provided different solutions. We chose to have fiberglass lines installed from the access point to 3' past the city line to prevent any further intrusions. Zippity Split provides a 25-year warranty for this service. Ben and Jesus did an amazing job!!! They were professional, informative, polite, efficient, communicative, and hardworking,. They dug 4' deep (through construction trash, cement, and wiring left by builders 37-years ago) to locate the main issue, replaced the pipe, installed the liner, and returned the landscaping back to its original state. We had never heard of the no-dig sewer service prior to this but did witness the horrors a neighbor experienced with a full-dig replacement. So happy that we chose Zippity Split and had only a very minor dig involved. Thank you Mark, Ben, and Jesus from us, the HOA, and all of our neighbors!!!

I have a big tree growing over my main sewer drain and roots kept clogging it. Jerry and Robert replaced the drain line, going around the tree. Dug a 6-foot trench. Job took 2 days, and you can hardly see where they dug. Good price for a big job.

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.
