Lawson Family Plumbing are honest and super quick! Our water heater went out I spoke with Jeff. He was able to come out the same day, in the evening even(after 6pm so I didn't have to miss work - with no extra fee!), and quickly fixed what was luckily a minor issue for just the very reasonable trip fee. Even if it hadn't been such a quick fix, his hourly quote was still far below the bigger companies I called! I would happily recommend them to anyone. Thanks!!

Jerry with Hansen Family Plumbing was phenomenal. He was able to successfully retrieve a screwdriver that was lodged somewhere underground in the main water line. This item was backing up water in our toilet and shower. My wife and I had just moved into our new home and we are appreciative of Jerry’s hard work and determination. These guys are awesome. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They left the jobsite cleaner than when they got here. And the work went exactly as they said it would: quick and seamless. By far my best experience with a company. I got multiple quotes and they were the lowest of all of them. And my job required a permit inspection from the City of Mesa and passed on the first time. This company is definitely on point and they will go in my phonebook whenever I need plumbing work. Oh yeah and when you call they actually pick up and answer.

Over the years I have always used Mr. Rooter for service. I have always had great service, polite technicians that were on time and fair prices. We just had a major backup from our sewer line (yes gross!!) and discovered a couple collapsed areas. Louie, Preston and Trenten were awesome making this experience so much easier than it could of been. Preston and Trenten made a temporary fix so we didn’t have to stay at a hotel as well as worked late to get the job completed quicker. The best part of this team was they saved us from having to tear up the courtyard and driveway by replacing our whole sewer line underneath it all. Amazing. Affordable and Polite. Great job guys. I am glad I am not the only one that's had a bad experience with American Leak Detection. Just take look at their reviews. HORRIBLE..
It's hard to imagine that they have been at my house 16 times and I still have a leak in my pool and spa. We started this back in Oct and it's now April. They had to come out 10 times to determine where a leak was in my spa. Each time they found a leak. Which tells me they don't do a thorough job and check your spa and pool the FIRST time. It also tells me they don't check everything. They find a leak and stop there..After 4 spa repairs and 1 pool repair both are still leaking. The last technician asked if I can run 3 bucket tests and call the office back to schedule him to come back out. The owner, Keith, calls me and says he needs to charge me to dispatch a tech. Are you serious? He tells me he's lost money on my job. I told him how is this my problem. It should take 16 visits and 4 different techs to determine where a leak is coming from. He was actually blaming me for something I paid for that wasn't fixed the first time.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Techs are incompetent and the owner, Keith, doesn't reason with customer's.
