The technician Justin was extremely polite and professional. He tested two of my a/c units and found one had a slight leak at the high pressure switch. He tightened it up added a couple pounds of Freon and the unit ran great. The other unit he tested was performing well with no issues. I had another a/c company out the previous day that told me I needed a new condenser, quoted me 6,500, and that the other unit needed a new high pressure switch and Freon which was going to cost over 800 in repairs. I new to call AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC for a second opinion and my total repair was less than $200 Thank you AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC for being so professional and honest, you saved me lots of money. I highly recommend, and now have a new A/C service provider.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Vets came out when my septic tank backed up. The tank lid was not put on correctly and it caused it to collapse. Steve reset the lid and pumped out the dirt so we can use it. They are coming out Tuesday to seal the lid and install a riser.

Marc provided service to one of my HVAC units for its annual maintenance call. He was easy to communicate with, called before he arrived and gave me a an update prior to leaving. Marc found a loose value that was draining the freon and was able to fix it, which I appreciated as we are approaching the summer months. I would definitely use King Plumbing for future service calls.

Erik was able to diagnose our problem over the phone and was early for his appointment time. He was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes and took the extra effort to walk through a hardness test for our water and inspected the water heater anode. I cannot recommend Erik and CTR Plumbing enough. It's so hard to find a great knowledge base and good, honest old-fashioned value that CTR offers. Call them!! You won't be disappointed.
