Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Excellent from start to finish!! Had a main waterline burst a leak in our yard on a Saturday evening. Called and someone actually answered the phone, had Brandon over to our house in 15 minutes...unbelievable! Brandon was extraordinary at assessing our problem, safeguarding our home, explaining our options and setting up the repair; very professional, courteous and informative!

Brandon arrived the following day with Austin and they both were outstanding. They did an excellent job and left our property spotless. I was very impressed with these two young men and the job they did!! Outstanding result at a reasonable price and performed correctly; earned our future business and referrals for sure...thank you so much!!

Well I tryed to use his business but would not answer phone nor call you back when leave message. When did finally talk to Keith Allan he was rude and abrasive.

I can't recommend them enough, these guys not only gave me a quote that was HALF of what the other companies were giving me for my whole home re-plumbing but they also did it in half the time the other companies quoted me. The installer was the same guy who gave me the quote and was easy to work with, Sean I believe was his name. This was 2 years ago and they haven't had to come back once to fix anything.

Plumbing & A/C Medic is one of THE best Company's I've ever called for service! Arrived home late afternoon to find my gas hot water tank leaking water from the bottom and onto my garage floor !! Upon inspection I discovered it was original to the house and over 20 yrs old ! My sons recommended that I call Plumbing Medic and am SO happy I did. Plumbing & A/C Medic had someone to my home within 45 minutes. Their technician, Dave was so knowledgeable and explained all of my options for replacing the unit.Dave did an excellent job !! Not only did he have to change the water shut off pipe and valve because of corrosion, but also had to run new copper pipe to accommodate the larger tank ! All in all he did a beautiful job for me and my home ! I intend to call Plumbing & A/C Medic for any future needs. They were courteous / kind and prompt.

It’s been a while since I’ve came across an honest plumbing company. Used them numerous times for different issues and they were always very punctual and took care in what they did. Highly recommend.

Had a leaking water line inside the wall leading to the refrigerator. Called American Plumbing and Rooter the night before, received instruction to prevent collateral damage and Rich came out first thing in the morning. He was able to isolate the leak and get my life back to normal. American Plumbing and Rooter is a professional outfit. They do things strictly to code, STRICTLY. There is no cutting corners from water heaters to pressure regulator valves. Your going get an understandable answer from a professional who does things right and to code. I already have plans for them to come out for some other preventive maintenance items so that I can have peace of mind.

Quick response time, professional team, good work and good value. I will work with them again and highly recommend them.

Be aware they charge a $75 fee for anything after 5p and weekends. Called another local business az quality plumbing and they were out at 530 fixing a problem.
