I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

I’ve used Alexanders plumbing three times and they always exceeded our expectations. We just bought our dream home and Alex installed a new pressure regulator, a whole house water filter and a water softener due to the high mineralization of the Phx water. Mineral deposits caused our Bedroom shower to only have hot water which I broke it trying to fix. Alex came to the rescue and saved us from a much higher repair bill. Thank You Alexander plumbing!

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

I called Mark on a Saturday afternoon and he answered his phone. Our water heater needed to be replaced and he was willing to replace it right away. Mark checked to see if our water heater was still under warranty. He called me back in just a few minutes and told us that the warranty ended back in August 2018. Mark seemed to know his business and he was very helpful on the phone. He answered every question I had about the quality of different water heaters and possibly upgrading to a 75 gallon tank. Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

I hired this company months ago to perform the plumbing portion of a bathroom remodel. Price was great, but the get what you pay for absolutely applies to this company. The tech blew the measurements for the rough in of the fixtures, this caused them to have to come back. He moved the items and everything we thought was fine. The remainder of the other work was completed, we called Lawson to come out and install the fixtures. When I came home that evening we had three leaks that where left to cause damage to my home. This was back on 11-24-20, since then we have been scrambling and trying to get the work redone with them as they caused the damage. Not to mention our shower head arm hit the ceiling and actually caused the arm to bend. When shown to Mike he stated it was our fault for not showing them how high to set the shower valve; sorry but you are the professionals who did not follow the installation instructions from rough in. The toilet which was new and they assembled leaked, was out together wrong. Two of the supply line connections under the sink where leaking as well. Communication was terrible on their end, no responses to email at all. Files a review on Yelp and with in ten minutes (8:30 pm) received a voice message from Vik inquiring as to why I would leave a bad review. Everyone who has come to our home that has been sent her by Lawson has had to have everything explained to them again. We have been very reasonable in trying to resolve the issues we are having, unfortunately this is dragging on just a little to long for us. Most current is their vendor has to repair our vanity due to the water damage. They want to pick it up on next Tuesday to rebuild it; this process with take 7-10 business days. Today I get an email from Vik requesting to come in and install the plumbing fixtures on next Wednesday. He obviously has not communicated with his vendor again. During the time the owner has been included on the email strings and has seen his employees lack of ability to resolve the issues; he has never reached out to us although back on 11-24 we where told he would be calling us on 11-25. As it stand now, best case scenario we may have sour second bathroom back in four weeks, that will be close to four months to correct a failure on their part. Stay away from this company

I recently moved into my new house and set up a plumber who was supposed to come out and look at my pipes. He never showed up and it took me several days to figure out what happened. I found The Green Plumber AZ and gave them a call. They were able to solve the problem in just a few hours! They also did an inspection of my kitchen sink, found some issues with it, and fixed them at no charge! I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Our community waited weeks with no response. When we finally reach ALD they said they didnt know one of their techs was sick, would send a different tech out next day. That tech never showed up, we called again and we were told that tech had called out. Horrible communication!!
