Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

I was having a problem with my water heater. Terry came to my house on a same-day appointment. He arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a simple solution. Although Terry was at my home for 30 minutes, he did not even charge me for a service call. I am very impressed with his integrity. Terry is honest and professional. I highly recommend his service, and will continue to use him in the future.

Our business was faced with a major sewer backup and we called late one evening and spoke with Ryan. They had service repairman out to our business in less than 15-minutes addressing the issue. We were never a customer before but we have now found an organization that will handle all our plumbing needs moving forward. Special thanks to Ryan, Trey, and all the staff in servicing our needs at a most competitive price!

We had a great experience with them. They came fast and fixed everything in one day. They also were cheaper by a good amount with a better warranty. They had to dig a trench in our front yard for a new main water line and they made sure everything looked nice when they filled it in. Excellent work.

Disregarding the convenience of providing Saturday plumbing services (which isn't offered by many companies), upon being scheduled to have a plumber come to my home pretty much immediately on my availability (also rare), I was very surprised at how affordable the quote amount was to have a rusted out sink drain pipe replaced.

The company earned my complete trust as I watched the broken pipe cause my home's very aged (cast iron) main drain line to crack open and break off when trying to remove the sink drain pipe from it, only to have the plumbers tell me they would also repair the main line for the cost of parts. Because I have had numerous plumbing issues over the last 10yrs due to the age of my home, I have come to expect main line issues, and although it gives me peace of mind that I don't have to worry about this other main line issue in the future, it was honorable that the plumbers Didn't try to take advantage of the situation financially, and Never tried to make me feel like a hostage in the situation.

Beyond all of this, I must also commend the plumbers at the quality and completeness of rebuilding and replacing the stack of pipes with current day plumbing materials that will last longer than the home's original copper and cast iron plumbing. To top it all off, the plumbers were able to (unbelievably) complete the job Really quickly; Allowing me to keep my Saturday.

Mark and his team are the definition of professional. Arrive on time. Respect your property by offering to wear booties over their shoes. ALWAYS fix the problem and NEVER overcharge. Not just great plumbers, they are a throwback to how business should be done!

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

I located Chuck and his business on Thumbtack. It was very late and Chuck responded within minutes. I was impress. He advised me he had an early appointment and he would get back to me right after. Chuck kept his word and showed up and gave me a quote for the job. I have an older house so he went out, got the part, and returned to the job. Other companies charged fees up front and starting price were close to $300.00 if not more. Overall, Chuck was amazing and I am glad I located him. He fixed my faucet for a great price and cleaned up after. I have always heard horror stories about plumbing problems can be very expensive. I made sure to get a business card and will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

They provided an accurate estimate to the work. Executed the work timely and with considerable attention to detail. They installed custom cabinets and light fixtures. The crew is professional and considerate to protecting and returning things in place. I will definitely use them again for another project

Curtis the Tech didn’t do anything it was a pointless visit and waste of time. He is nice and stayed calm during my frustrations but did not investigate why my toilet was lifting. Just said it could be piping underneath. But didn’t even check?? Lindsey in the office is the worst customer service rep I have dealt with. She interrupts and talks over you and gives major attitude. If you try asking for a supervisor or manager she just says she’s only one in office. If you want knowledgeable techs and customer service reps that actually care about your situation and cares about their job then I recommend avoiding this company at all cost. I am not sure if a manager would have handled it differently, Lindsey didn’t give them the opportunity to. My warranty company will now be using another contractor to help with my issue. This company is a waste of time don’t even bother trying them out. If you’re going through home warranty and you see this company as the selected contractor request a change immediately!
