Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

I was having a problem with my water heater. Terry came to my house on a same-day appointment. He arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a simple solution. Although Terry was at my home for 30 minutes, he did not even charge me for a service call. I am very impressed with his integrity. Terry is honest and professional. I highly recommend his service, and will continue to use him in the future.

Great service. Knowledgeable, Crew educated me on how and why the system got to this state and how it could be prevented. Only down side, paying with a credit card adds 4% to the tab.

Top notch service! Being new to AZ, I did not know who to call. My home warranty sent Nick out with Norfleet Family Plumbing. He was on time and fixed my sinks. He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that. First of all, Tom is the sweetest and most friendliest guy in the world. Tom came out, fixed our problem in pretty much a matter of minutes and we were not charge a ridiculous amount. This was so refreshing, as I had called 2 other plumbers, one said it was a calcium build up (he didn't even test anything so I have no idea where he determined it was calcium) and another was very adamant about us having more work done to our plumbing system than we wanted. Needless to say we will only be using this company from now on.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They were quick to respond when our water heater tank blew out.

Recently we had some water damage in our vacation rental. We live in Chicago and long distance the clog was fixed by Aspen Plumbing very quickly.
Chris Deschamps worked with them to coordinate the dry out. His step by step follow through to walk me the process of dry out was done long-distance and coordinated with a friend staying in our property was very helpful until I was able to fly in. While I had limited time in Scottsdale, Chris made it a tough time much easier by working with the insurance co. and me to get our place fixed in a timely manner. His service was outstanding!

Hired Chuck to install our 6 zone oil fired boiler and indirect hot water heater. Also added our master bath and laundry room on new 2nd floor addition. All rough pipe and finish work came out amazing. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Will definitely call Chuck again for all of our plumbing needs.

Huey and his team were hired by us for renovating our fixer upper house. We had heard good reviews through our friend and so we called Huey in to provide quotes. He was very professional and provided a very detailed quote of everything we asked for. He was also open to us omiting items due to higher than anticipated amount. The job was done very professionally and as agreed. There were no grey area on the responsibilities. His crew was easy to work with (ideas change all the time) and always arrived on time. The quality of the work was also top class. We have already referred him to all our firends that need renovation. Costs are a little on the higher side is the only knock I can think of, but perhaps it is deservedly so.

Called to set up an appointment and asked that the technician bring identification (Work or any) as I have been attacked previously by a Cox employee. The girl was so upset I even asked she went into defense mode with an attitude saying he isn't required to give you anything so I asked if she can ask a technician who is comfortable with that to come. She kept repeating we aren't required to do that and if this will be a problem we can just cancel I kept repeating I knew it wasn't required I just would feel comfortable with someone who is comfortable with that. She said well I'll just cancel this if you're going to continue to be a problem, we don't have to take your service call if we don't chose to I asked for a Manger and Alexis said she was the manager and she agrees its a problem and cancelled my appt. I managed Pure, ACE, And YES!, among 2 other companies for years and never ever has this been such a problem. Elderly people request this often. IDK who's running this business but you're staff needs better training. The office staff matters. It's not only about servicing the home. If you don't make me comfortable from the start, I'm not comfortable AT ALL! If your girls are rude, imagine the men. Scary. I hate that my property management chooses my service providers. I used to train customer service for this specifically. These girls just answer phones. No service attached.

I called for quotes from four other companies, but West Plumbing stood out because of its polite, prompt response and competitive pricing. Service was professional, timely, and excellent overall. I had West Plumbing replace an old shower valve. I'll certainly use them again when needed in the future.
