Zippity Split came out for what we thought was an easy fix shower leak. Turned out to be much bigger but Frank quickly helped us get connected to a restoration company and get the issue resolved. Beyond exceptional! We had a slab leak under our kitchen area, involving our water heater. Chris Cartem was our assigned plumber. He was punctual, personable, professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and by far, superior to the other plumbers we had out to evaluate. Best part, the repair cost was less than the other 2 bids we received. Chris even took an additional amount off after determining the repair did not require as much work as initially estimated-amazingly honest. We were impressed with his integrity.
