I called AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC to ask them to diagnose and check my water heaters that stopped working during the giant storm. They are obviously incredibly busy and booked for weeks repairing pipes. However, the owner called me personally using Facetime, waited while I climbed up into my roof space and then walked me through some diagnostics to check my water heaters and make sure they were up and functioning correctly and with the correct settings. What amazing service. I highly recommend AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC and will definitely be using them for every plumbing need going forward. Professional, friendly, courteous and patient.

Excellent response to my phone call. Scheduled for next morning. Plumber was late but no problem, stuff happens. Plumber Bobby was friendly, professional and fixed the problem. $165 for the half hour he was there seems expensive.

We have had several repairs and jobs done by Jaimie Innes with J.I. Plumbing and never been so pleased with a company than we are with these folks. They are professional, courteous and especially fair priced!

One instance was a Saturday afternoon, we arrived home to find our garage and driveway FLOODED with water. Once we got inside, we saw the water softener fittings had dry rotted and burst. Immediately, we called J.I. Plumbing who instructed us to turn off the water and within a half an hour, Jaimie was present, fixing the situation. Unfortunately, this caused a problem with our water heater and Jaimie immediately replaced that as well for well under any pricing I had seen elsewhere.

J.I. Plumbing has installed a garbage disposal in the sink, new kitchen sink and faucet, Reverse Osmosis set up, and water heater. He has been our plumber for sewer clogs (we have large trees) and other mishaps.... again, VERY FAIRLY PRICED and always professional and prompt service.

I would never recommend another plumber than J.I. Plumbing.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Lawson installed our RO system, fixed outdoor faucet and some other smaller issues. They are always professional, cheerful, informative, and prompt. Their prices are super reasonable. I am so glad to find such a great plumber!

I was having an issue with my water heater yesterday so I called my home warranty and they would not send anyone out to my house until the next business day since it was not a true emergency. I have tenants with small children living at the property and needed the water heater fixed asap. A good friend of mine referred me to Second Opinion Plumbing. I called them last night around 7:15pm and was greeted by a warm welcoming voice eager to help me with my water heater issue. I briefly gave him the rundown on what was going on and with no hesitation he asked for my address and said he would be over in 20 minutes. The technician was able to fix my water heater within 15-20 mins of being there. He also took the time to show me what the problem was and explained ways on how I could help this issue from happening again in the future. I was left with excellent service from an outstanding technician who gives pretty solid high fives on the way out the door.

I would HIGHLY recommend Second Opinion Plumbing to everyone in the area with hopes they are able to work with Justin who was the top notch technician who came to my rescue with such short notice. Not only does Justin come with lots of knowledge & great plumbing skills, he also has a VERY IMPRESSIVE beard! I would totally add 5 more stars to this review just in honor of his beard.

Thank you City wide for your awesome service! My handyman came over to snake my bathroom sink, he told me that he couldn't clear it because my drain in the was broken and he would have to open my walls to fix it. I called City Wide they sent Lou out he got the drain open and everything is working perfectly no broken drain pipe.

We had a leak somewhere under our sink late last Friday and Kaylor and his team were at our house within 30 minutes of us calling! They found the leak right away and then were very responsive and easy to work with while in the process of fixing it. We will definitely be working with Cactus Valley Plumbing should we have any plumbing needs in the future!

Did a Great job repairing our toilet. Was quick to respond. Kept communicating updates on how the repair was going and attention to detail.

Absolutely terrible. $450 to detect a pool leak. Spent 20 minutes at my house and marked a spot. I waited 6 weeks for them to send the report so I could give it to the repair company. No leak within 4 foot radius. Company said 5 foot radius needed and no warranty since it had been more than 30 days. They waited to send me the report till after the warranty expired just in case it was wrong. Negative 5 stars would still be too nice.

Be aware they charge a $75 fee for anything after 5p and weekends. Called another local business az quality plumbing and they were out at 530 fixing a problem.

Editing from 3 starts to 1 star. I was not agitated or intoxicated. You must have me confused with someone else or trying to spin it to compensate for your bad review.
