They scheduled me for 7am to 1pm but showed at 6:30 pm. They charged $245 for 15 minutes of labor as the part was under warranty.

The tech was at our house in less than an hour after I had called. He was very professional with his personal protective coverage on. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained what the problem could be. Got tools from his truck and came back and within minutes our issue was resolved. He also pointed out another issue that could become a problem in the future and suggested that we might want to take care of soon. I highly recommend this Tech and this company.
