Hired this company to fix my tankless gas water heater, that broke because of poor installing of another plumper. Its never easy to fix someones mess ups. Alex was very patient, took his time to figure out the issue and to be on the phone with the manufacture to get new parts.
Also had a water softener installed at another home. They do very clean job, knowledgable and professional.

I'm very happy to do business with these plumbers. They came on time and unclogged our drains last week. The price was more than reasonable and they solved our problem in no time. Thanks.

From scheduling service to completion, everyone was professional and efficient. The service technician, Zach and Jesus assessed the issue and it was quickly resolved. We are very happy with AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC and they will now be our one and only resource for AC and Furnace repairs. Update: Our heater (2031-2022 season) stopped and Jesus came out to assess. Jesus was thorough in his evaluation and spent time showing me what issues he found from previously improperly installed flues and a plenum, freon wasn't charged properly when our system was replaced (by another company) 8 years ago and backflow issue we've been having with the drain pipe. Jesus and Chad spent hours fixing our HVAC units, and most importantly they did an excellent job, even cleaning everything up. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC will continue to be our one and only professionals for our HVAC units.

Luis Gonzalez and Leo Nevarez did an excellent job repairing a water main leak. Luis did what was necessary to get the job done in an efficient and effective way. Leo was the utmost professional. Even my interactions with the office staff was exceptionally pleasant. If needed, I would suggest using Careall!

We had a plumbing emergency late in the day & J. I. Plumbing was the only one who would help us. The other companies we called all needed days long advance notice. Jaime was at our home within the hour enabling us to get our water turned back on for the night. He came back the next morning & finished the job. Quality workmanship. Polite. Fair prices. Kept a clean workspace & even tolerated our nosey dog who wanted to supervise.

I am glad I am not the only one that's had a bad experience with American Leak Detection. Just take look at their reviews. HORRIBLE..
It's hard to imagine that they have been at my house 16 times and I still have a leak in my pool and spa. We started this back in Oct and it's now April. They had to come out 10 times to determine where a leak was in my spa. Each time they found a leak. Which tells me they don't do a thorough job and check your spa and pool the FIRST time. It also tells me they don't check everything. They find a leak and stop there..After 4 spa repairs and 1 pool repair both are still leaking. The last technician asked if I can run 3 bucket tests and call the office back to schedule him to come back out. The owner, Keith, calls me and says he needs to charge me to dispatch a tech. Are you serious? He tells me he's lost money on my job. I told him how is this my problem. It should take 16 visits and 4 different techs to determine where a leak is coming from. He was actually blaming me for something I paid for that wasn't fixed the first time.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Techs are incompetent and the owner, Keith, doesn't reason with customer's.
