Have been using Alex for all of my plumbing issues both at my work location and my home for more than 8 years. He is always responsive, takes care of the job with the upmost care. Had our water heater give out, it was more than 10 years old so pretty much knew that we were looking at a replace and not a repair. Called Lawson Family plumbing on a Sunday morning and they were out in a few hours. Asked about details and pros and cons of a tankless heater vs another 50 gal. tank. Donald our tech was super friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t try to pressure us into one over the other. He answered all of our questions and concerns about switching to tankless and the modifications to the house that would need to be made to accommodate and the associated costs. We decided to go tankless and we are happy with our decision already. Donald did an amazing job, his attention to detail and workmanship is impressive and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Endless hot water after multiple showers and during a load of laundry. That hasn’t been possible in any house I’ve lived in with a tank water heater.

I had my appointment for weeks and they canceled .I called back and the tec went home and is on vacation for all next week. And no one has his number. I have used this company a lot and they have put me in a terrible spot because the employee wanted to start his vacation early! Use another company you can count on.
