This place and one other company I dealt with for the damage to my house were the only ones that I liked and that were on time. The office lady Bridgette was very good with communicating with me and the guy who came to our house Justin was very professional and knew what he was doing. They handled all the insurance stuff so I didn't have to worry about anything. Would recommend!

I sent out a request for quotes on Yelp on a Saturday for help to unclog 2 sink drains, a shower drain, help with our thermostat (wasn’t staying at the temp we’d set) and to look at our guess bathroom tub faucet due to lack of water pressure). Sam was one of the first to respond AND came to our house within the hour- on a Saturday morning, no less!

He was quick, thorough, fair and honest. We will definitely be using Sam again!

Erik was able to diagnose our problem over the phone and was early for his appointment time. He was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes and took the extra effort to walk through a hardness test for our water and inspected the water heater anode. I cannot recommend Erik and CTR Plumbing enough. It's so hard to find a great knowledge base and good, honest old-fashioned value that CTR offers. Call them!! You won't be disappointed.

He explained everything to us for each step of the process and let us know how to keep our system in top working order for years to come! He also fixed a few of our leaking sinks. He was knowledgeable and very friendly!

Initially we had some communication errors with people not showing up when scheduled and not communicating that air conditioning not getting fixed. They then responded well and made up for this lack of communication and had great customer service. Good way to turn around and make things right!

Chuck was great to work with, very reasonably priced services. He installed a heat pump water heater and a recirculating pump which gives us near-instant hot water anywhere in the house.

After years of questioning the benefits of a gas tankless water heater I finally took the leap and I could not be more pleased. Not only do we have an endless supply of hot water, we also opened up a corner of the garage for storage that once was taken up by our old 50 gallon gas water heater. I wish I’d made the leap years ago. Even though I’m related I’d still give them 5 stars!!

Donald offers a tremendous service. Honest, great communication and most of all, a first class product. He is now completed remodeling two bathrooms in our house. I wont use anyone else.
